Have been here several times, Norica is certainly my favorite hotel in Bad Hofgastein. It’s wonderful that everything remains at the same great level as years go by. Very friendly and helpful personnel, tasty food with vegetarian options, the hotels own clean and high quality spa, as well as free access to the city thermal springs. Other utilities like fast WiFi and free parking are also always available, which is very handy. The owner family made me and my family feel very welcome and comfortable! Hoping to visit again before the season ends.
Our vacancies în hotel Norica îs was the best moment all the total 7 days. I Reilly recomand for every body, the staf was wonderful and all the service îs the high Level.
Our room was as dated as can be, the service was unfriendly. Breakfast was bad. Nobody spoke English. We did however enjoy the thermal springs and the direct and free access from the hotel. The town is pretty and the mountain views were incredible.
Electricity in the room not working. TV not working. Problems just solved next day when we left.
We wanted to go to therme in the morning, because they promote free access, but they charged us full entrance.
No discount, no customer service, even we could not use any electronics for our whole stay: No TV, no mobile charging, no hot water for babymilk, no coffeemaker...
Never again! Avoid this place.

The room was very nice and we return to this hotel every year. The food is of a confusing quality f.e. the sauce is delicious but the meat is unchewable etc... This hotel has a direct access to the thermal spas and has its own spas... All of that is very enjoyable. Will return again next year.
